Custom Dust Collector for Tunnelling Industry - Feb 2012

Eurofilter has again provided the solution for the tunneling industry with a custom Dust collector which has been mounted on skids for ease of manoeuvrability and can be hung from the roof using the series of lifting points.

This unit was designed and built in house to suit the customer's tight space requirements and strict zoning needs.

Powercore CPC12 Dust Collector - Dec 2011

Eurofilter installs the latest Donaldson addition to the range Powercore CPC12 dust Collector.

This single unit replaced 3 Shaker units and one bag collector.

The Powercore models are smaller, smarter, cleaner and easier to use and service. They are 50% smaller than traditional baghouses.

Eurofilter installs Fume Arms in Lab - Dec 2011

Donaldson supplied this Unimaster Model dust collector for Eurofilter's client who operates a quarry.

Eurofilter installed fume arms in the laboratory to extract airborne rock dust.

12 Cartridge EFC Compact Model adapted to suit - Dec 2011

It's all so simple! The insides of this 12 cartridge EFC is exposed to show the ease of self servicing and filter changing. This EFC Compact Model was adapted to a plasma cutting machine in a factory producing automotive bullbars and aftermarket parts. Note the location INSIDE the complex demonstrating its low noise level performance, space saving footprint and its ability to cope with a huge air flow requirement by way of an 11Kw motor.

EFC Compact 6 cartridge model for Limited Space Situations - Dec 2011

Noticeably, this latest installation of the EFC Compact 6 cartridge model could only be accommodated in a small select area in this Education Unit in Queensland as internal building space was unavailable. When space is a problem, whether inside or outside the Eurofilter dust collector models require a minimum footprint, simply sit on a concrete slab and exhaust in any direction. This unit held 6 filter cartridges.

Cyclone Arrangement & Ducting - Nov 2011

Designed and manufactured in house, this Eurofilter cyclone arrangement was installed to pick up the heavy rubber particles separated from hydraulic hose when splicing and swaging on fittings and to dispense with fumes from burning rubber. Complete ducting installation also by Eurofilter.

6 Cartridge Compact Model EFC6 - Nov 2011

Another 6 cartridge Compact Model EFC6 is completed and ready to leave the factory for an educational facility. The photos show the simplicity of the internals and portability with forklift facility to transfer locations.

Two Eurofilter Compact Dust Collectors - Sept 2011

Two Eurofilter Compact cartridge model collectors were installed in a new location on 2 different sized plasma cutters. A 6 cartridge and 12 cartridge model were specified to cater for 2 plasmas with different bed dimensions and situated in separate positions. The small footprint allowed these units to be installed inside the building and not necessarily to be ducted to exhaust outside. Low decibel ratings do not create undue noise.
